Here is my interpretation of the combined challenges:
The base is a simple white cardstock base. The next two layers are shimmer paper from DCWV. The blue die cut waves were cut from the Cricut Cartridge Paper Dolls for Everyday and were inked in Stampin' Up Ballet Blue ink. The blue paper is from recollections. The hexagon wave paper came from my scrap box and the hexagon was hand cut. The ducky was a free stamp from Bugaboo Digi Stamps adhered with foam tape, and colored with oil pencils. The yellow hexagons in the corners are also something I pulled out of my scrap box. It was part of a border I cut from the Theresa Collins Basics cartridge. The sentiment was hand printed on the same paper as the die cut waves and inked with the same ink.
