White layer: scrap run through embosser with D-vine swirls folder
Color Blocks: Paint Chip from Wal-Mart
Blue Polka Dot Ribbon: Got at a garage sale. No name brand on it. It looks like it could be studio G or maybe American Crafts.
Green Layer: DCWV The Glitter Mat Stack
Yellow Layer: DCWV Sweets stack
Flower: by Linda Tieu. Colored with a combination of sharpie markers and Stampin' Up Markers
Fairy: Freebie from Rick St. Dennis. You can get her here. But  hurry, they don't keep their freebies up long! Colored with a combination of sharpie markers and oil color pencils.
